In an effort to raise funds for AFNA , the DEA Chicago office will host its annual golf tournament with the
following sponsorship opportunities:

• Gold Sponsorship at $1,400 includes premium signage at a tee box, distribution of company
  promotional and advertising items at the tournament, premium listing in the tournament
  program, and four golfers in the tournament.
• Silver Sponsorship at $700 includes premium signage at a tee box, distribution of company
  promotional and advertising items at the tournament, recognition in the tournament program,
  and two golfers in the tournament.
• Bronze Sponsorship at $300 includes signage at a tee box and listing in the tournament
  program.
